BCHLA negotiates school rental rates for Heritage Language Schools with the Burnaby and Vancouver School Boards. To receive the BCHLA discounted school rental rate, schools must be a member of the BCHLA.
There are 4 Burnaby Schools that have classrooms available for rent:
Alpha Secondary, 4600 Parker Street, Burnaby BC
Cariboo Hill Secondary, 8580 – 16th Avenue, Burnaby BC
Burnaby Central Secondary, 4939 Canada Way, Burnaby BC
Moscrop Secondary, 4433 Moscrop Street, Burnaby BC
There is a limit of one of each heritage language per school being taught at the same time. You may choose to hold classes during the morning session and/or afternoon session.
To request classroom space at a Burnaby school, please print out and complete a School Request Form.
When completed, forms should be sent directly to the Burnaby School Board as indicated.
